Q) When will my order ship?
A) All orders placed before 2pm PST will ship the same day and you will receive a tracking number via email.
Q) Do you offer expedited shipping?
A) Yes, we do. When you checkout you will see several expedited shipping options.
If for some reason, you do not see the option you need, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 541 207 3069 so we can be sure we get you the shipping service you need.
Q) When will I receive my order?
A) All of our shipments will come with a tracking number whether it is from UPS or USPS. For all UPS tracking numbers, you will be able to log on to UPS.com and enter the tracking number into their search field for an estimated delivery date.
For all USPS Priority mail shipments, you can safely estimate 2 to 3 day delivery times for all non-West Coast locastions.
For all USPS First Class mail shipments, they range in delivery time from 3 to 6 days.
For all international shipments, their delivery dates range greatly and are contingent on how quickly the shipments move through Customs which is unpredictable. In general, please allow more delivery time than the estimated time for international shipments.
Q) What if there is a problem with my order?
A) If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or you feel an item is not working properly or not as described, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 541 207 3069.
We will address your request in a timely manner and work to resolve the matter quickly.
Q) How I return an order?
A) We accept returns 30-days from the date of purchase. If you change your mind about your order and want to send it back to us, we make it easy for you to do that. Just email us at email@example.com and we will authorize the request and issue you an RMA number with our return shipping address.
We do request that you keep all items with their original boxes, accessories and paperwork. We cannot accept a return that is missing any of these items. If for any reason you do not have one of these items, you can contact us directly to see if we can make an exception.
Q) How do I cancel an order?
A) If you place an order and then soon realize you made a mistake or want to cancel it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 541 207 3069 as soon as you can. Provided the order has not shipped, we will be able to cancel it and refund you in full.
If the order has shipped already and been picked up by UPS, we can still cancel it but there will be a $15 charge to stop the shipment.
If the order has already shipped via USPS, there is nothing we can do at that point other than to recommend you refuse delivery of the order and it will be sent back to and we can refund you the purchase price only of the item once we receive it back in our warehouse.
Q) How do I change an order?
A) If you need to modify an existing order before it ships, please contact us via email at email@example.com or call us at 541-207-3069. Please contact as soon as you can so we can offer assistance. Because we generally ship the same day as the order is shipped, it is important that you contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to you order.
Q) Do you charge sales tax?
A) No, in the state of Oregon we do not collect a sales tax.
Q) What forms of payment do you accept?
A) We use PayPal Pro to process all of our payments so you can use any credit card that is accepted by PayPal Pro: Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
You can also use PayPal itself.
Q) What is B-stock and C-stock gear?
A) B-stock and C-stock gear are items that we buy brand-new from the manufacturer but are not cosmetically in flawless condition. They tend to have some very minor blemishes on them that prevent them from being sold as A-stock. These blemishes and imperfections in no way affect the performance of the unit.
All B-stock and C-stock items come with the same accessories and paperwork that an A-stock model would have.
B-stock differs from C-stock in that it carries a longer warranty time. Please see the item description for the length of the warranty time from the manufacturer.
B-stock and C-stock both represent a great chance to own fully functional gear at a greatly reduced price from A-stock.
